Private duty home care covers a range of services that are provided in the home, at a hospital, or in an assisted or independent living facility. These services should be provided by bonded, insured and supervised caregivers.
At Kansas City Home Care, Inc., we are a licensed Kansas home health agency and we offer the appropriate level of caregiver – Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Home Health Aide (HHA), Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) or Companion – to meet the needs of your family.
Our employees are required to complete a safety training program administered by a qualified insurance carrier to enhance safety skills, prevent injuries and most importantly, save lives. Additionally, our dedicated home health staff is specially trained to care for individuals with chronic medical conditions including Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s disease.
Kansas City Home Care services are available for all ages except infants and small children. Our services are not covered by Medicare or Medicaid, although we do provide the necessary paperwork for those who have a long-term care insurance policy and need to apply for reimbursement.
